Letter to Irish President: Ireland - Master Key to Avoiding Brexit Woes?
Dear Mr. President,
We are again
writing to you as follow up to recent messages on Ireland avoiding Brexit Woes.
You are aware of the UK Parliament Vote on Friday 29 March 2019. This makes No Deal by 12 April 2019 even more real.
The European Council has scheduled an Emergency Summit for 10 April
2019. Should this be the Day Irish Government agree
that No Deal is last option, it would be too late for Tripartite Ireland, UK
and EU Dialogue on Irish Border Solution, as your Government intends to do.
Avoiding Brexit Woes
Mr. President,
please note that Ecologically, Economically and Politically, Capitalism is
Failing as Catastrophically as Communism Failed. Like State Communism, it is
beset by unacknowledged but Fatal Contradictions. It is Inherently Corrupt and
Corrupting. But its Mesmerizing Power, and the Vast Infrastructure of Thought
that seeks to Justify it, makes any Challenge to the Model almost impossible to
Contemplate. Even to Acknowledge the Emergencies (Democracy, Governance,
Political, Cultural, Economic,
Financial, Social, Security, Religion, Ethical, etc) it causes, let alone to
ACT on them (and on time), not just feels like but in most case is, Electoral
Suicide. As the Famous saying goes: “It is easier to imagine the End of the
World than to imagine the End of Capitalism”. Brexit Negotiations to date
underline the fact that the most urgent task in the work towards avoiding
Brexit Woes on UK, Ireland, rest of EU and rest of the World sides, is to turn
this the other way round through Alternative Brexit that Work for UK, Ireland,
rest of EU and rest of World Poor.
New International Order
Mr. President, please note that in the New
International Order of the 21st Century, Reawakened Diplomacy is
needed to SHAPE an Order in which Old Rivals have a Place and Emerging Powers
have a Stake. It is clear that no Single Super Power could unilaterally draw
the CONTOURS of a New World Order that serve its own worldview and that Force
over Diplomacy had not Worked in the Past and will not Work in the Future.

Question
Mr. President, please note that Northern Ireland
has the unenviable World Record of Region without a Government. No Deal Brexit
will only make Matters Worse. If Ireland and UK Government could not
meaningfully address Northern Ireland Executive collapse from 9 January 2017 to
date, what is the hope that using the same negotiation style Ireland, UK and EU
will find sustainable solutions to Irish Border challenge in a No Deal Brexit
reality?
Worsening
Chaos or Alternative Brexit
Mr. President, please note that 2 of 3 Bad Brexit
Scenarios we predicted in 2017 are still on the table – Soft Brexit with Soft
Border (Leave and Remain) and Crash Out with Hard Border (No Deal); that
probability of No Deal by 12 April 2019 is getting increasingly HIGHER; that
Alternative Brexit – 4th Brexit Scenario we predicted in 2017, is
the only viable and WIN WIN option that UK, Ireland and rest of EU have; that
UK Democracy Emergency will keep getting increasingly worse to 12 April 2019
and beyond in the event of Soft Brexit or No Deal and that if Alternative
Brexit is not immediately adopted by UK, Ireland and rest of EU, the Choice UK,
Ireland and EU Leaders will have to make will be between worsening Chaos in UK,
Ireland and rest of EU or much higher costs of adopting Alternative Brexit.
Ireland, UK and EU Dialogue on
Alternative Brexit
Mr.
President, please note further that to avoid Brexit woes in Ireland, Irish
Government needs to immediately kick start Ireland, UK and EU Dialogue on
Alternative Brexit in Common Interest, Common Future and Common Destiny of UK,
Ireland, EU and World Citizens; that should UK Government and Parliament; Irish
Government and Parliament; European Council; European Parliament and European
Commission fail to take required Alternative Brexit Next Action Steps without
delay, the UK / EU Brexit will drift into uncharted waters as from 30 March
2019 and that should the UK / EU Brexit that started drifting into uncharted
waters from 30 March 2019 not be effectively stemmed and on time, the ultimate
consequences will be catastrophic for UK, Ireland, remaining 26 EU Countries,
European Council, European Parliament, European Commission and remaining EU
Project Institutions.

in our Papers, is necessary condition for finding correct answer to Brexit root
cause or primary cause problems on UK, Ireland, remaining 26 EU Countries, as
well as on European Parliament, European Council, European Commission and
remaining EU Institutions sides.
As long as these
Rethinkings are avoided or evaded, finding Brexit Innovative Sustainable
Solutions, fully implementing these Innovative Sustainable Solutions with
effective Monitoring and Evaluation of this Implementation as applicable in
each specific Community, Sub-Country, Country, Sub-Continent, Continent and
Global location context will be Mirage or FLUKE.

Brexit as New Approach to Solve Brexit Problems
Alternative
Brexit present New Approach that Deliver Innovative Sustainable Solutions to
all identified Brexit real and complex problems on the ground on UK, Ireland,
26 remaining EU Countries, as well as on European Parliament, European Council,
European Commission and remaining EU Institutions sides. Alternative Brexit has
Master Keys that we are not able to release without Mandate and Payment of
agreed Fees.
Should Irish
Government immediately approve Alternative Brexit, we could release these
Master Keys in time to Influence better outcome of the European Council 10
April 2019 Summit and in ways that meaningfully and effectively Deliver
Stronger UK, Stronger Ireland, Stronger EU and Stronger World, should Ireland
and other Stakeholder DO their Part through genuinely committing to JOINED UP
Approach to answering Brexit How Questions, EU Project Vision How Questions,
SDGs Pledge How Questions and related How Questions.
Ireland
Government and Parliament: Master Key to Avid Brexit Woes
It is really up
to Ireland to help all parties achieve delivery on Brexit as Force for Good,
rather than UK, Ireland and EU jointly suffering woes of Brexit as Force for
Evil that seems inevitable at this time. This is because should Ireland draw
from experience negotiating Good Friday Agreement, Ireland will be in better
position to persuade and if necessary PRESSURE UK and EU to allow Neutral
Technical Adviser and Reform Consultant deploy One Worldwide Approach to
National and International Development Cooperation as robust as 3PCM to help
design and deliver National Reforms on UK, Ireland and remaining 26 EU
Countries sides as well as Sub-Regional Reforms that help achieve increasing
convergence between Original EU Project Vision Intention and Reality and in
ways that are Fit for Purpose and Fit for 21st Century and also
Deliver Value for Money.
Conclusion
We have done our
part. It is up to Ireland and EU on one hand and UK on the other hand to do
their part, if all sides are serious about avoiding Irish Hard Border as well
as ensuring delivery of Brexit as Force for Good that meaningfully addresses
UK, Ireland and 26 remaining EU Countries: Political, Economic, Social,
Governance, Environmental, Security, Elections, Leadership etc complex problems
on the ground as applicable in each specific Community, Sub-Country, Country,
Sub-Continent, Continent and Global location context as well as effectively
help all 193/306 UN Member States achieve delivery on SDGs Pledge in 11 ¾ years
remaining to end 2030 target date.
