Introduction

The Market Crash Events of Black Monday 9 March 2020 and Thursday 12 March 2020 present Evidence that Ongoing National Leaders and World Leaders Approach to Fighting War on CONVID 19, is not only Not Working, it is in reality Catalyzing National, Regional and Global Depression, which unchecked speedily, would take our World Off Cliff and DELIVER Global Depression that make the 1930s Global Depression, Child’s Play and in the process Guarantee Our World will Fail to achieve SDGs Pledge delivery by 2030, with attendant Ultimate Catastrophic Consequences for our Fragile Planet.

The Sad Reality is that North and South Countries affected by CONVID 19, now over 100 Countries, essentially focus on problems and blame and with FEAR and Panic largely FED by National and Global Media; that yet to be affected North and South Countries are Stigmatizing affected Countries and Individuals and essentially sitting by looking on, in the vain HOPE that CONVID 19 will not enter their Country.

It is more Sad that levels of Quackery in Design and Delivery of Effective and Efficient CONVID 19 Detection, Treatment and Prevention in affected North and South Countries, including US, UK, Germany, France is Appalling; that Researchers/Academics and Politicians/Top Civil Servants in affected North and South including US, UK, Germany, France are Turning BLINND Eye to Sound Logic, as they keep Pursuing Business as Usual – Same Old Ideas, Old Thinking and Old Ways of DOING Things FEEDING CONVID 19 as Force for Evil that is Destroying National, Regional and Global Economies, rather than pursuing New ideas, New Thinking and New Ways of DOING Things by Pursuing Business Unusual Driving New Ways of Detecting, Treating and Preventing it.

It is incomprehensible that France, Italy Spain etc are Shutting Down – Locking Up or Locking Down, yet the French Health Minister, Olivier Véran, is not ashamed to publicly state that “the evolution and spread of the virus was(is) “rapid and real”, but added that about 98% of those who test positive for the virus do recover”.

It is interesting that UK has not shut down schools, yet spread in UK is not worse than if UK schools had been shut down; that US President Trump has Called on US and Global Media to Change Course to better support US and World Fighting and Winning War on  CONVID 19, yet President Trump has FAILED to Publicly and Openly Support Practical Frameworks for ensuring National Leaders and World Leaders First Change Course so that they could Persuade and where necessary Pressure National and Global Media to Change Course.

It is more interesting that WHO that should be in the forefront of Design and Delivery of New Ideas, New Thinking and New Ways of DOING Things that HELP all 193 UN Member States; the entire UNN System: UNO, WBG, IMF, WTO and their National and International Partners Fight and Win War on CONVID 19 Linked to Supporting all 193 UN Member States to get DONE the much that remain to be DONE is they are to achieve SDGs Pledge Delivery in the less than 11 years remaining to end 2030 target date, has been more interested in Daily Global Briefings on CONVID 19 Patients and Mortalities in affected North and South Countries as well as Information on North and South Countries that have joined China in the ever GROWING list of affected Countries and will keep up this empty ritual until all 193 UN Member States are affected.

All of us face a common threat from the #coronavirus. Together, we can still change the course of the # CONVID 19 pandemic but that means addressing inaction and moving forward with resolve & without stigma. I call on every government to step up their efforts - NOW

The UN Secretary General should take the first step to END the inaction on North and South Governments sides; WHO, remaining UNO Entities and remaining UN System: WBG, IMF, WTO Entities sides by openly and publicly demonstrating that the entire UN System has Changed Course and is now Pursuing CONVID 19 as Force for Good Linked to Achieving SDGs Pledge Delivery in less than 11 years remaining to end 2030 target date; as Basis for now Persuading and where necessary PRESSURING all the over 100 affected UN Member States as well as the remaining 93 yet to be affected UN Member States to DO the Same - Changed Course and is now Pursuing CONVID 19 as Force for Good Linked to Achieving SDGs Pledge Delivery in less than 11 years remaining to end 2030 target date.

The Deafening silence of Editor Baron is evidence that President Trump and other World Leaders have much to do, if National and Global Leaders are to Help National and Global Media Change Course and shift from being part of the problem to being part of the solution.

It is clear that CONVID 19 lethargic pandemic keep getting worse in the over 100 UN Member States affected and will keep spreading to all remaining 93 UN Member States as long as National and Global FEAR and Panic keep being FED by National and Global Media Coverage of CONVID 19 on one hand and Politicians and Top Civil Servants keep pursuing Wrong Approach to Fighting and Winning War on CONVID 19.

The Way Forward

If National Leaders and World Leaders do not Kill CONVID 19 and On Time before irreversibility point is passed and our World Fall Off Cliff, CONVID 19 will KILL our World.

To avoid this there is Urgent Need to World Leaders to Convene in Urgent Global Interest a High Level Political Forum, HLPF on Fighting and Winning War on CONVID 19 Linked to Achieving SDGs Pledge Delivery in less than 11 years remaining to end 2030 target date, to hold within next 2 weeks, that is as a 3 Day Event sometimes in the week 30 March – 3 April 2020, say 1-3 April 2020.

Severely affected Countries would participate in this Very Important HLPF Virtually in all Plenary Sessions and Parallel Sessions. Participants would be Heads of Government and their Teams; Heads of UNO Entities, especially EOSG, UNDESA, FAO, ILO, UNESCO and their Teams; Academics/Researchers from Top 100 Universities in the World whose Voices have been silenced by Global Media and who have Genuine Original Ideas for Winning War on CONVID 19 and achieving SDGs Pledge Delivery by 2030; Top 100 Philanthropy Organizations genuinely interested in meaningfully supporting Genuine Original Ideas for Winning War on CONVID 19 and achieving SDGs Pledge Delivery by 2030.

Conclusion

Hunger, Malnutrition, Poverty, Disease have Physical and Spiritual Dimensions and are Cause and Product of Human Rights Violations. Fail is Solving One of these Issues Fail in All.

National and World Leaders had over the years been Pussy Footing Joint Work towards achieving unprecedented levels of Policy Coherence, Collaboration Cooperation and Coordination required to achieve National, Regional and Global Goals. 

Fighting and Winning War on CONVID 19, DEMANDS that National and World Leaders speedily put in place required mechanisms, technical processes and political process for achieving unprecedented levels of Policy Coherence, Collaboration Cooperation and Coordination within Public Health Emergency and Public Health Systems and Services in each of the 193 UN Member States.

To keep up the momentum and extend the required mechanisms, technical processes and political process for achieving unprecedented levels of Policy Coherence, Collaboration Cooperation and Coordination to entire Health and Well Being Systems and Services and remaining National System and Services in all 193 UN member States and On Time to ensure that all that remain to be DONE in less than 11 years remaining to achieve SDGs Pledge Delivery in all 193 UN Member States are DONE, will not be difficult.

There are bright prospects of success should World Leaders ensure that the HLPF to find Integrated Innovative Sustainable Solutions hold as suggested. However, there are Ultimate Catastrophic Consequences should it be Business as Usual and the HLPF not be convened and on Time.
